CHAT is a dedicated mental health service for young people under IMH. The annual report design for CHAT translates the fluidity and complexity of emotions into a cohesive visual language. Hand-drawn symbols with evolving forms and grain textures reflect the human journey of mental health, while warm, earthy tones, textured gradients, and humanistic typography create a relatable, engaging experience. By combining tactile, approachable design with strategic storytelling, the visual identity reinforces CHAT’s mission of supporting youth in understanding and navigating their emotional growth.
